shnit macht den kurzen Film zum grossen Kino - ein Fest der Sinne auf fünf Kontinenten und am Puls unserer Zeit. Als engagierter Kulturvermittler erfindet sich shnit laufend neu und zeigt sich dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal an der Bad Bonn Kilbi. An jedem Kilbitag gibt es vor dem Hauptact einen packenden und bewegenden Kurzfilm zu sehen. Es ist die Zusammenarbeit von zwei unabhängigen und innovativen Festivals, welche ihre jeweilige Kunstform auf besondere Art und Weise feiern.
shnit hat sich der Internationalität verschrieben: Das pinke Festival findet weltweit gleichzeitig in sieben Städten statt – Bern, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, Kairo, Kapstadt, Kyoto und San José - und findet seinen krönenden Abschluss anlässlich der internationalen Preisverleihung in New York. Die 13. Ausgabe von shnit findet vom 7. - 11. Oktober 2015 in Bern statt.
