A superhuman and disembodied voice eats through the hostile sound architecture of the Finnish duo Amnesia Scanner. But just before the artificial overdose the speech sounds begin to hover around humanly, gaining more and more devotion. An audio-visual, almost surreal madness of images gets even more intense with the help of tough electronic elements and true-to-life dynamics. The whole room becomes the performer. Like a hot tumble in a miracle drum. This is by no means pure deconstruction, but hypersensitive synthetics, mechanical hallucinogen, the fleshiness of a cybernetic world.
