A long time ago Pandour was a warrior serving Turkish pashas or a man with rude and brutal manners. None of it goes for the band from Fribourg that made the transformation from dj-set to live-performance without having transformed the heart of their music, that beats for Kraut, Pop, House and Afro-beat. Amen. Nowadays the Pandour flirts with Trance rhythms and is definitely in a dancey mood somewhere between space funk and electro groove, ideal for modern, young people.
