Ein typischer Anticon-Act, wenn auch mit dem aktuellen Album nicht mehr bei diesem Lieblingslabel, welches Schmelztiegel und Auffangbecken abseitiger, im Sinn von nicht kategorisierbarer Musik, ist. Son Lux ist typisch Anticon, auch wenn er nicht im entferntesten mit abstraktem Hip Hop, dafür aber mit Pauken und Trompeten und anderen Mächtigkeiten auffährt. Son Lux ist ein Sufjan Stevens der Elektronik. Und tatsächlich arbeiten die beiden brandaktuell als Projekt „Sisyphus“ zusammen.
